I have never seen fabric on a pair of pants like this before! These trousers are high waist with double fabric button closure at the front. Talon metal zip fly looks to have been repurposed as the pull suggests 30s/40s in age. No pockets. Fabric is plush on the outside. Velvety soft to touch like a low pile shag carpet but with a bit of curl like a persian fur coat (likely synthetic fabric). Skin side of trousers are either lined or the underside of the fabric is flat.
The super wide cuffs of the trousers have undergone several bouts of mending and the inseam appears to have been shortened twice. The right cuff has fallen, however the left can be dropped to the length of the right – Or Vice versa.
Only signifigant flaw noted is two holes/wear to the floor edge of the cuff on the left leg. Not very visible at its current length, but if the inseam is lengthened on left side, the two holes would need some sort of underside patch. Given the fabric it is unlikely to be very visible if patched.
