Made In china. Coiled rope handles. No fabric tag but shell feels like cotton, lining like cotton/poly blend. Metal grommets. Red striped shell with a large patch pocket at left and right side of bag. Fully lined In red. One internal patch pocket. Metal magnetic snap closure. Gently used. I do not see any stains, holes or tears. Steam cleaned. Pet and smoke free home. Item does have a stored, musty scent. I will hand outside to air out, but depending on preference may require a full wash at its new home.
