Vintage 70s Turquoise Maxi Dress Cape Collar

Stunning 1970ss maxi dress with an attached cap collar which can be closed in a circle, or draped over the shoulder as a scarf. Empire waist with a gathering Circle to front of bodice, skirt flares out from there. Sleeveless. Back zip closure. Hook at the top missing it’s loop. Hook and loop to close the collar, also missing its loop. Faint yellow line to right side skirt. Approx size Large, has some stretch.
