Union Made in USA. Crushed velvet cocktail or formal dress with a pencil skirt, peplum, huge puff short sleeves and a v-neckline. Rear zip closure. No stains or tears were noted. With the high shine of the velvet, it is difficult to tell between scratches in the velvet or reflection, the velvet appears in well-kept condition. There is some red threading at the seam at base of the zipper suggesting an old repair. Pet and smoke-free studio.
