No stains holes or tears. V neckline with attached insert. Shoulders were padded but one missing so remaining pad removed. Long sleeves with jersey cuffs and button cuff closure. Elastic waistband with drop waist panel below, skirt pleats below this panel. Dolman style sleeves. Dark Blue, black and gold floral print makes me think of Van Gogh’s Starry Night. No belt loops or belt.
